The version 3 of WinPointer adds the possibility to record your annotations on your screen and then export them to AVI for easy sharing. Unfortunately, I can't test the software since it's on PCMag and requires purchasing, but if you have it, then the option will be available in the Export section.
Please note that you will need version 3 for this possibility. The previous versions don't have this "export to AVI" feature.
